I have always enjoyed the outdoors, but this summer has felt so different for me. I understood that I had lost my full connection to nature, which is truly a loss of connection to myself. I have been searching to reconnect with myself for so long it feels like. After my two intense trainings with Star Magic, I felt that I found myself again and connected back to cosmic consciousness.
My daily routines now include nature. In the am, I go outside with my sacred cacao drink. I take my shoes and socks off and just connect with Mother Gaia. Sitting or standing in silence and just connecting. I then call in the energies of Sirius, Orion and Alpha & Beta Delphinus. Later in the day, I make it routine to go outside again to connect. This time being a walk, run, bike ride, hiking, a stroll along the beach or just sitting in my backyard. I also don't "just" go for a walk/hike/bike anymore. I become one with nature; I AM NATURE. I am present, slow down and connect. I connect to the nature/energies by speaking to nature in my light language, observe all the beauty around which includes the rocks, the flowers, the trees, the grass, the plants, the insects or anything my eyes meet. Whatever I see I speak to them, thank them and send them love.
I feel nature by pausing and listening to the noises in nature, and feel the air, wind, rain, etc. I like to touch the earth, the water, the plants, the flowers and more.
Nature brings us divine guidance, messages and wisdom, if we can connect with the vibration.
Lately I see rainbows, hearts, geometric shapes, vibrant colours & more that I never realized was there before.
They say "Nature feeds the soul". I now understand. BE-ing in nature creates connection, happiness, magic & so much more.
The great central sun (that is behind the sun we see) actually feeds our light bodies. If we breathe in the energy on the great central sun our bodies will become full (full of light, which feels as though we have eaten). We are ONE with nature.
Tips to reconnect:
*BE in nature-sit with nature, walk with nature, speak to nature, listen to nature
*be present, be still, be ONE with nature
*see the beauty, feel the beauty, touch the beauty
*BE in nature as much as you can!
